Today we wanted to do a little experiment so we decided to combine poppadum with LA Organic in various ways. After all, an aromatic & tasty amalgamation of a high-quality olive oil with poppadum seems obvious. We tried a few combinations but soon realised that we needed to mix things up!

Masala Papad (Poppadum) with LA Organic Cuisine

Enjoy the amazing combination of the crispiness of a perfectly roasted poppadum with the aroma of fresh organic Andalusian olive oil in LA Organic Cuisine. The aroma that erupts from this treat is just heavenly that translates into an incomparable experience on the palate!

Ingredients: 

  1. Poppadum or papad of your choice
  2. LA Organic Cuisine olive oil
  3. 1/4th cup of finely chopped onions
  4. Half-cup of finely chopped tomatoes
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Lemon juice

Preparation:

  • Roast the papad for about a minute in a microwave or stove.
  • Sprinkle the chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves over the papad. Add fewer or more of the ingredients as per your choice. Add lemon juice on the preparation to add some tanginess.
  • Lastly, pour LA Cuisine organic olive oil in small quantities over the dish.
