Below are our Shipping & Returns policies that we have clearly laid out to make the experience hassle free for you.
What can you return or exchange?
Although it will never happen but you may return any product that fulfils any of the below criterion:
- Already expired or expiry date within 30 days of date of delivery
- Delivered in unconsumable condition such as broken, melted, broken seal of product, etc.
If your delivery fits into the above criterion, please email us within 24hrs of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the pictures.
Guidelines for return or exchange:
- Items can be returned or exchanged for a store credit within 14 days of receiving the product
- Items are in the original condition and never used or opened
- All original packaging of the product is still intact and no damage has been done to the packaging or the product
- House of Mandara reserves the right to undertake a thorough check on all returned products before issuing a store credit
How can I get my refund?
It’s easier & quicker to receive a store credit, which never expires, has no limitations on usage and it is usually processed within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, we can also refund you the money completely in the original form of payment within 3-5 days of receiving the merchandise back.
What do you mean by a Store Credit?
A store credit is “as good as cash” and is securely stored in your account on House of Mandara or issued to you as a Gift Card, which never expires and can be used for any future purchases without any restrictions.
How do I process a return?
You can write to us at email@example.com we will be glad to process the return or exchange for you. Once we arrange for a return pick-up of your order, the courier shall pick it up within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach back to us.

- We will arrange the pick up for the products. However, you will be responsible ensuring that the product is ready for pick up once the courier arrives
- The contents of the package must be packed in the original condition with the original packaging. Any important element of the product or its packaging, if missing, can result in make the product non-returnable or exchangeable
- The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit
- The address label on the package must be affixed properly
- House of Mandara will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging
Does House of Mandara charge for shipping in India?
No, we do not charge for shipping to any of our consumers. We believe that part of providing a luxury food experience is to make it as easy as possible to have it delivered to your door, and that includes free shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Do you charge for return shipping?
If your product fits into the return criterion as mentioned above, we will not charge you for the return shipping.
