Our organic raw cacao powder is made from organic cacao procured from farmers of the Yanesha Communities of Peru, found in the region of Pasco in Central Amazon. This is the first raw organic cacao powder introduced in India from Peru! The cacao is developed under a Nature Consortium agroforestry system, preparing the fields with organic material, putting seeds of other fruits such as banana, papaya along with cacao.

How is Raw Cacao Powder made?
Once the cacao beans are collected, they are washed and dried with sun exposure. Then, the cacao butter is removed from the cacao liquor to obtain "cacao cake", which is then grinded into raw cacao powder at low-temperatures.
