Our organic cacao is procured from farmers of the Yanesha Communities of Peru, found in the region of Pasco in Central Amazon. The cacao is developed under a Nature Consortium agroforestry system, preparing the fields with organic material, putting seeds of other fruits such as banana, papaya along with cacao.
These pure raw organic cacao nibs are made under low-temperature conditions and contain no husk. They are unsweetened & loaded with health benefits.

How are Cacao Nibs made?
After the cacao beans are washed and dried with sun exposure, the husk is carefully removed from the bean. The beans are peeled and cut in raw condition under low-temperature conditions to preserve the superior health benefits, resulting in raw cacao nibs.
