The crunchy cocoa nibs gives a rustic touch and which delightfully  dance with the red fruit notes of the chocolate.

The image corresponds to a portrait of a Bezanomazo man. Living mainly on the central-eastern coast of Madagascar, the Bezanomazo were organized into small clans who established their fortified villages on the mountain ridges. This ethnic group used to specialize in transporting goods, on men’s backs between the capital and the east coast of Madagascar.
